I have had so much I have wanted to say lately but…
Now seems to be a better time. Life has challenges doesn’t it?! At least my real life does. I think this has become my motto this year, “I am living a REAL life.” I hate that I pull back from here when I am challenged because I know so many of us want to feel it’s not only raining on our patch of grass. That rain is fertilizing. Bring it..
The sun started peeking through my clouds the last couple weeks, so I figured I’d take a seat and say it. Is it only me or do you sometimes shy away also from celebrating for fear of impending doom that could sneak in?? Well… I’m not doing that anymore. I am going to overshadow the dark clouds with my light because I do feel like the sun is shining within.
Peek into my lil world and in the past week I
+pulled my kids out of school
+just decided after that I would homeschool them for a short season{ wonder if God heard my suggestion.hehe}
+started a new trend of eating dinner at home
+found a home we have been waiting on for over a year, or 3, daily watching every ad online
+finished my first solo studio project and wrote the last song while recording it
+worked with a design artist for direction on look of project
+signed up two boys in baseball and got them fully equipped
+Trent has been presented with the biggest opportunity of his music career regarding his next album (more info to come)
+I’m moving into the house this month
+3 wonderful opportunities for women’s events have been presented to me in the next few months (LOVE chic ministry)
+more pieces of a puzzle are falling into place revealing a greater story that involve the house we are getting.. and oranges
Every single item on my list has its own amazing story, some details not so amazing, but God…. provided grace for every place we walked and I have become more disciplined to be aware of that grace.
In the middle of now is where I am. I am not looking back and I can’t look to far ahead.. because I may panic and be anxious of the how.
God, my heart exults and triumphs in You. My strength is in You. My mouth is no longer silent: it is opened wide over my enemies because I rejoice in Your salvation 1 Samuel 2:1
