Whenever I am feeling un-inpsired to cook, I open up one Kate Lee Joel’s cookbooks. It has been my goal to make everything in her books once but this recipe I am sharing has become a repeat. It has zucchini in it and all of my kids devour it. Score!
I feel really good about myself when this comes out of the oven. And when I am grating the nutmeg and the zucchini, I feel like I’m a pretty legit cook. just sayin..
